The Customer's Restoration Photo Album

Without a doubt, this has to be the customer’s most popular part of every restoration job I do. For some of the reasons mentioned below, I provide every customer with a bound photo album of approximately 200 pictures showing everything I’ve do to their organ - it shows the before and it shows the after.  In addition to the physical photo album, the customer also receives all of the pictures on CD-ROM, which means you can easily email photos to friends or family members!

• It also serves as a document showing that the work was actually done. After all, how do you, as the customer, have any idea what work, if any, was actually done to the inside of your organ?
• I've never meet a pump organ owner that has had the slightest idea of what the inner workings of their organ even looks like.
• A nice looking photo album will also provide future generations with an excellent historical overview of a family heirloom that may have been in their family for generations.
• It’s also certainly nice to have should you ever decide to sell your pump organ.
• And especially for insurance purposes, should you ever have damage to your home, or to the storage area where your organ might be kept, you can easily document the organ and its condition.
